flavor suggestions anyone?

The colder the better! If it has a high sodium content (hence the warning about the salty taste), you should be able to put it in the freezer to get it especially cold. The "salt" will keep it from freezing!

Just a caution--anything I have ever used to disguise the flavor of a bowel prep I can no longer drink! That doesn't happen for everyone, but it did me! The thought of those drinks/flavors now turns my stomach!

If you do choose something you already don't care for, you may not be able to drink it all. So keep that in mind as well!

You didn't mention it, but for some bowel preps red (and purple) colors are not allowed, so just make sure that you have no restrictions in that area.

When we would give it to patients we would put crystal light in the jug. Just do not use any that has red tint in it. Don't use the water bottle ones use the ones that make the gallon pitcher. Hope that helps!!

Just don't use any crystal light with a red tint. We use crystal light in the hospital when we prep but not with a red tint. It sometime gives the colon a reddish color and its best to avoid the red.
