Pre-op jitters

Is it normal to feel like you're going crazy & want to get in my car & drive far away lol?! Why, all of a sudden, am I scared & afraid of losing parts. Everything's going except the ovaries. Have the silly idea that I'm going to be less of a woman. Not attractive. Not sexy. Not appealing. Now, rationally, I know this isn't true, but can't get it outta my mind. Also I would never think/feel those thoughts about any other woman getting a hyst. Why can't I feel that way about myself? First time really thinking this too. Am I alone w/ this? Any insight on how to get through these pre- op fears about 'lose of womanhood'? Thanks sisters. Hope everyone is well
