Roasted Figs!

I find figs are more beneficial than prunes, coffee or even veggies.

It's easy to dry your own figs in gas oven w pilot light on. Rinse off fresh gigs. Leave whole or cut in half. Spread out of cookie sheet, preferably one lined w parchment paper. Leave in oven overnight, or perhaps longer depending on moisture content.

Store in cupboard in sealed container. Have one fig per meal. Chew thoroughly to release seeds n pulp and enjoy!
