Nova Scotia

Hi, I moved to Nova Scotia about 1 year ago and was lucky enough to get a family doctor( wasn't able to choose him though, was just given him) and not a gynecologist. I had a total hysterectomy and ovary removal in February 2019 in Ohio, USA . So I am nowhere near my doctor who performed the surgery and I am currently taking divigel as my estrogen replacement. So far it seems like there is not much knowledge with doctors or at least my doctor about aftercare/long-term care for women who have had a hysterectomy here in Nova Scotia?.Does anyone know how to get support for HRT and any complications/concerns here in Nova Scotia? Are there gynecologists accepting patients or do I just need to have my family doctor do any checkups? . Any help/ advice for living in this province would be great. Thanks.
