Re: Let's Talk About Anxiety and panic disorder

I suffer from generalized anxiety disorder and I tended to over think everything about my problem and surgery I don't take anything for it. I learned how to control it. So,I worried for months over this. But on the day of, I was calm as can be. I am not sure why this happened. I think it was because everyone called me the night before and kept me calm. My husband was also great at the hospital. The people at the hospital were so nice too.
