Re: Hysteroscopy Questions

Good to hear. The achiness will go away pretty quickly. At least mine did thankfully. Take care and I hope for good results for you!

Re: Hysteroscopy Questions

I had a D&C with general anesthesia a little over a week ago. It was a snap. I mentioned that I had had nausea with anesthesia in the past, so nurse gave me some Dramamine before the procedure. When I woke up, I felt a little sleepy, and it took me about an hour to fully wake up. I went home feeling a little tired and took a nap. I think it was mostly because of the anxiety that didn't allow me to sleep the night before. Honestly, it was a lot easier than I had anticipated. Hang in there!

Re: Hysteroscopy Questions

Yea had everything done on Tuesday. And that gas they use is still killing me! And took my first actual shower today so incision is a little sore in belly button. Hoping to be able to lay down and actually sleep tonight unlike last night!

Re: Hysteroscopy Questions

I'm glad to hear that you are done with everything. Sorry about the shoulder pain. I'm dreading that too, since I've heard several people mention it. Continue getting better, and take good care of yourself!

Re: Hysteroscopy Questions

Well not completely done. I get all biopsy results today actually. And yes the shoulder pain was the worst part. Lol until today! But I had my surgery done Tuesday and by Friday evening shoulder was good. Thanks again for everyone's encouraging words! And good luck to everyone with stuff coming up!
