2 Ablations - now considering partial hysterectomy

Hello All -
After an unsuccessful 1st ablation, I had my 1st awesome saline thermal ablation in 2006 & requested a 2nd one in 2013. It was a great option since we weren't going to have any more children. My plan was to wait it out, hoping decreased hormones & impending menopause would shrink the fibroids. Alas, I'm almost 50 and still having (mostly) regular periods which are getting worse/heavier and the pain has become debilitating. I cannot take birth control/estrogen due to blood clots and TIAs.

I wonder:

~ Am I a good candidate for MRI focused ultrasound?
~ If hysterectomy is my best option, will it "cure" my incontinence?
~ How will my sex life be affected?
~ Should I try to build my stomach muscles before surgery - will that help with healing?
~ Are there foods/diet that can help (I take a probiotic & magnesium daily & it somewhat, but not much, helps with constiption)?
