Next week hysterectomy cancelled. ����

Just got the call that my surgery for next Friday is cancelled. Pre-op blood work can back with thyroid levels way out of whack and they can’t do surgery. Devastated. I have been waiting 4 months for this with Horrible pain and bleeding. They are saying not until January now. Can’t stop crying

I am so sorry your surgery was cancelled. How upsetting for you after all this time. I know it is hard, but they have cancelled it to protect your health. Hopefully they can get your thyroid levels back in line.

Sorry to hear this. Do they have a plan for getting you ready for it & pain management in the meantime?
