It has lasted into the morning and as I write this the tears are ready to fall and I'm soooooo nauseous that I am afraid to eat. Could I be losing it?? Or maybe hormones? I just don't know but the feeling is so strong I called my Dr. to see if he could give me something at least until Thursday the 7th which is pre-op. He was in surgery so they will call me back I just want to know if it's normal or am I really off my rocker? I even had a real heart to heart with DH last night that was so calming and healing I felt light headed. So PLEASE if anyone can shed light on my mini break down I would forever be grateful!!!!!
This is very normal. You sound a lot like me when I went through it. I kept telling myself everything was fine, and that everything would be OK, but the reality is that I was horrified. I started having some pretty intense anxiety attacks, and my doctor gave some Xanax to calm me down. Just rest assured, there is nothing wrong with you, and everything will work out just fine. This will all be over with before you know it.

God Bless
Nancy
