surgery apt - ugh, now what!?!

I went in to talk to my dr about my surgery and to set a date and he said after viewing my ct he doesn't know if he can do the hysterectomy vaginally with the da vinci that he may have to convert to an open abdominal, this depends on the size of my uterus, which apparently is in question now, UGH!!!

AND, AND! if this wasn't enough, so i went in there knowing i will have the hysterectomy with uterus, cervix and tubes with hopes of leaving at least ovary and the rectocele repaired and the enterocele repaired and the possible- *slight chance but possible bowl resection due to endometriosis* BUT now he tells me i have a urethral prolapse!!!

i about burst out laughing in his face, my whole insides are freaking falling out through my vagina so why not the urethra follow along too!!

I think I am going to laugh so I don't cry geeze
