About recipes.......

Hi Jubilee!

Thank you for all the new recipes. I wish I could give some back to you, but ....it's not going to happen because I'm not much of a cook...particularly with recipes that belong on this board.

I do my yellow & green squash by cutting them in "half-moons" and letting them marinate in a baggie with a bit of sesame oil and seasonings. Then just saute' or grill.

About recipes.......

Hi Jubilee --

I meant to thank you for all the recipes you posted earlier today and I got sidetracked............ I printed off several of the ones you posted this morning because they sounded yummy!

One thing you can do with zucchini or yellow squash is just to slice them longways, brush a little oil or spray with Pam, sprinkle on some seasonings of your choice, and grill or broil them (you can also sprinkle with a little bit of Parmesean cheese if you're broiling since the cut side would be up. If you're grilling you'd probably place the cut side down). This works great especially if you're already broiling or grilling some other part of your meal.

I have a great recipe for chocolate cake that uses ground zucchini that is one yummy, very moist chocolate cake. I'd have to dig around for it so am not going to attempt to post it here (it is not a low fat recipe either, ) but if you would like it, email me at [email protected] and let me know........I'd be happy to look for it and email it back to you.

Thanks again for all the great recipes!

Ann
