Advice from Nutritionist Session (Long)

Thanks for all your kind notes! I'm so glad that some of this info is helpful!

I ate junk throughout my first chemo, and was able to eat a bit better during the second. Now that the third has started, I am going to try really hard to see if I can get rid of most of the junk. We'll have to see.

I feel fine right now, but I have no idea what my body will do over the next 4-5 days. I'm hoping it will let me eat vegetables and protein. But it may let me eat chocolate pudding. Who knows?

Tammy:

My dad says Cokes are one of the worst things you can put into your body. He's reversed numerous patient problems simply by removing sodas, however "natural" they claim to be. His recommendation will always be to drink water. But I know that can be hard. I had to train myself to do it. Losing the coffee is still bugging me. And I know I will miss the red wine. :-) I'm currently drinking green tea with jasmine, which is quite nice and not as bitter as straight green tea.

What books did you order?
