Where's the preop list?

A few weeks ago, when I joined HysterSisters, I ran across a list of how you should be treated or what to do or not to do after your surgery. Now I can't find it! I wanted to print it out for my husband! Help??? Where is it?

Never mind! I found it! It was entitled "how Others Can Help" or subtitled, How to Care for a Punctured Princess! Great!
