Really gross, sorry

It seems like everyone has had problems with severe clotting. I have minimal clots but I lose what seems to be pieces of actual tissue. Has anyone else had this? It looks like the casing off a sausage. Sorry this is so gross, but I'm not sure if this is a sign of something or what. Anyone else had this?
Again sorry!

Totally normal. Not just clots but bits and chunks of tissue, sometimes stringy, is normal.

Thanks for the info. Sometimes i feel like my body has betrayed me. It is doing the strangest things. I have to call my dr and let him know whats been happening I guess. I'm just putting off the inevitable. i plan to have a TT in January and it's doubtful that I can have the two surgeries at once. Ugh.
I'm glad I found you all. I don't know anyone who can relate to this besides my Mom! She went through the same thing.

I had the big chunks like that too, and ended up in the hospital after a day of changing super tampons AND a pad every ten minutes or so. I ended up having a TAH/RSO (LSO in'79) on 4/24 for many fibroids and large cyst. If this is something that happens every period it may be normal for you, if not I would call my DR.

I have this too. It started in the hospital. The nurse told me it was normal.
I don't have the "tissue" thing now, (2 weeks post op) but am having and icky discharge.
