vaginectomy

Hello Everyone!
I had a hysterectomy last year(Feb). Now they are saying I have residual endo(missed during surgery). I blame it on the depo shots I got before the surgery after all I have read. Now I am scheduled for surgery on the 2nd of July in Atlanta, GA. where there is a specialist. He is saying they might have to do a vaginectomy! Just wondering if anyone here has had one and how did you feel afterwards?

I had never heard of a vaginectomy before but was shocked to hear that was an option. Here is a link that tells what it is....if you do a search on Google it has several sites....
