7th chemo out of the way...

Hi Tammy,

I am so sorry that you are in pain and don't have your doctor around to talk to. I agree with Rosalie. Try to indulge in something that will make you feel really good.

I've started feeling better....

maybe this drug does just take time to "kick" in. The pain hasn't gone away completely, but it is barable. I can take one pain pill and it is good all day, then take another at night. Before, I was popping those things left and right. I felt like a druggie.

So maybe these drugs will work, just slower. I also feel way better this week than last. I didn't even go to work last week, cause I was always on those drugs and either asleep or two woozy to drive.

So it was great to be back at work, this week. And hopefully, next week when I go see my Dr on Wednesday, he will have good things to say, like my tumor is staying the same size or maybe even shrank some. As long as he doesn't tell me it grew again!!!

Anyway, thank you all for your great support. I did have a giant sized chocolate shake, made with real ice cream. Oh my, it was delicious...

's and ers to everyone....

Tammy, I will be thinking and praying for you and hoping that you feel much much better.
That adriamycin is a trip. I was a pediatric nurse and have given lots of adria. When I pushed it, we used to joke that it was cherry Kool Aid.
