Growing Peach Fuzz..

all over my head... Does this mean my hair is growing back?

You ladies that have your hair back, is that how it started? I mean I've a couple of strands here and there that are about 1 inch long, but now, I have peach fuzz all over the rest of my head, and it looks like some of my eyebrows are coming in also.

The nurse did say that these drugs didn't make your hair fall out. With my luck, my hair will grow in, just to fall out again, because I will need another type of chemo drug..

Just wondering....

Growing Peach Fuzz..

When my hair started coming back it too felt like peach fuzz. I had my last chemo Jan27. My hair is now about 1 inch long. I started going without my turbans & hats about 2 weeks ago. My hair is very short but cool now that summer is here.

My eyebrows & lashes came back about faster about 2 months after chemo.

Like Ruth said, eyebrows and lashes make a quick return.
My head hair came in like a crew cut, at a slightly slower pace.
The peach fuzz you mentioned, I got all over my face.
Here's hoping the new chemo will leave your hair alone.
Are they planning to switch your drugs again?

My hair is growing in too...

My head hair started growing back in about a month after it fell out. I got really worried that my chemo wasn't working. Now it's about 1/2" long...and I've got 1 chemo to go. Sure is easier to get ready to somewhere though. I had long hair and it used to take me forever to get ready...about an hour. Now, 10 minutes and I'm good to go. (that includes a shower and makeup!) I don't know if I'll let my hair grow long again if I can find a cute short hairstyle. Too much wasted time with long hair. Can you tell I'm not a patient person?
