more pain after 2 years.... end of my rope..

Hi ladies i have not posted for a while but i really need your help.. i had my tah & bso in april of 2001 due to endo, 2 laps to remove adhesions since, and a hernia operation in 2002... i have been rx with mps/fms. my problem now is shooting pains almost inside my viagina but to the right and the pain runs in to my lower belly, also if i run out of pain meds i have awful lower back and leg pains ... i do not have a gyn right now so i have been seeing my family dr and he thinks that it could be more endo or adhesions.. i also have a lot of the falling out feeling...... any info that you ladies have to offer will be to my ears, iam at the end of my rope and i dont know what to do anymore iam very some days just getting out of bed is a major if it is endo will it show on a ct scan?? or will adhesions ???? please help
thanks ladies for being here,,,,, kim

I just wanted to let you know you are not alone dear , there are alot of ladies on this Road that are dealing with some of the very same dx's and looking for answers. We are here for you . I don't have alot of answers to give I do understand from my experience that adhesions can make for difficult decisions. I personally am seeking a chronic pain GYN specialist that my primary care DR has referred me to. He is moving his practice so it might take me a while to get in but I want to see what his opinion on my next step will be. I have found some very good information on the Road in respect to adhesions-see the adhesion info thread at the top of the forum. That has been a lifesaver for me, but also just knowing I haven't been alone in this whole ordeal has made a huge difference. Some other dear sister might be able to come along and help with the other dx's etc.

For now I am sending you lots of s your way,
