It's for really real - Insurance approval.

I was working on the theory that they'd approve it (which they did) but I think part of me was ready for them not to (they've done weirder...)
But now this is concrete, for real.
I'm now on what feels like a roller coaster. One minute I'm thrilled and happy and the next I am so angry and agrivated that I am lashing out at everyone and everything.
I can't wait til it's all over (especially the anesthisia - I HATE BEING PUT TO SLEEP!).
Just needed to vent and seeing this in print from my own fingers is the icing for my cake - so to speak!

A whole new world is waiting for you (a much better one). I would have never believed it, but the waiting truly is the worst part. Keep reading these posts, and share with your sisters when you're feeling down, frustrated, scared, excited and everything else in between. If you read enough on this site, you'll find someone who has been "exactly where you are" right now. Use that knowledge. When I went to the castle, this site had prepared me so much, mentally and emotionally. There were tips gleaned from the LIW's and princesses that even the nurses didn't know, and that was pretty funny.....

I am two weeks post op (today), and been so blessed in my recovery. My DBF has been the best-est nurse ever, and has offered so much support. Recovery time will vary with each person, but listen to what your body says, and you will be just fine. If you feel tired, REST - just remember not to over do. Drink LOTS of water and walk some several times a day. The biggest thrill for me was to be able to walk to the mailbox without holding my belly, lol (it's those little things in life). This is YOUR time, use it wisely and you won't regret it.

Hang in there, the best is yet to be - honestly !!
