Our Emotions

I fully believe in recognising the validity of, and loving the whole spectrum of emotions that I experience, including those, at times, that are

One tip, straight from psychology, when we have the 'down' times is really simple. It's the act of smiling. The physical act of doing this somehow releases those 'feel good' betaendorphines in our brain. Somehow, it works. It's instantaneous.

Not to say that we should deny any of our emotions at all.
