Appointments for the week of September 29

Hi, Ladies! Please join me in wishing our sisters well as they go off to their appointments this week:

RhondaS has an appointment with her gyn/onc.

(((Rhonda))) I hope your appointment goes well and that you get a great report! Remember to review the pre-scootching stretching tips and the performance recommendations so that you can get that gold medal !

Shepherdpal (Debbie) is having a PET scan.

Good luck, Debbie! I hope that scan shows that all is clear.

Beachbabe is having her last chemo.

(((Beachbabe))) I hope this last chemo goes well with few side effects and maximum benefits. This one is sure to send any stray cancer cells :run3: for their lives!!

I will be keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers this week. Please come back and let us know how things go!

Rhonda, with several of us doing perfect 10 scootches, you have our "honor" to uphold--do us proud! And here's hoping for a perfect 10 meeting with the Dr. Debbie, I hope that PET scan turns up nothing but borning, normal things going on. Beachbabe, that last chemo is the best one, not just 'cause it's last but because if anything is left lurking, it'll run out of you screeming like the bugs in the old "Raid" commercials.

I am going in Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for more neupogen shots with a blood count on Weds. to see how platelets and red cells are and how high the Neupogen has pushed the white cells. I am tired of going in--you start on your 4th day after chemo and trek in every day for a oncology floor over weekends... I want a day off!

Well, I made it throught another 3 mos. check! He did an internal/pelvic , looked with the microscope thing and said all was totally normal! Yeah! I will go back in another three months! I give my scootch an A , guess it gets easier with all that practice! Anyway, I am praying for you Debbie and Ellen, that your results will be good this week, too! Beachbabe, last chemo tomorrow!
