Found Some Relief From Adhesion Pain

I wanted to let everyone know that I have found something new that has given me some relief from my two-year ongoing pelvic pain.

It is called an Electro-Acuscope and a Myopulse. There is a ton of info on the web about these if you just do a search. It is more commonly used on horses, but it is approved for humans too. Basically it helps your body at the cellular level by restoring your cells to their normal state of electrical conductivity. It gives your cells a jump-start so they will begin healing.

I have had several treatments on these machines but I know I need lots more. After the first 4 or 5 treatments I felt a significant reduction in my pain and I have been able to take fewer pain pills. The relief has been ongoing for over two weeks now as the effects of these machines are cumulative meaning once you make progress you keep it!

I'm not completely better yet, but people are telling me they are starting to see the old me coming back. This is such a relief! After almost two years I know I was way down in the dumps and it took something like this to bring me back.

Anyway, check it out. I'm having a hard time finding someone locally who uses the machines that charges a reasonable rate. I'm not sure that all insurance would cover this treatment. Genearally chiropractors and physical therapists use this equipment. I'm lucky to have a friend who has them and I've been going to her for treatments. She charges $100 for four treatments. I'm going to try to get my own equipment so I can treat myself and others since my friend lives 6+ hours away. I'm also trying to talk my doctor who has been working with me on my pain management into buying one for his clinic.

You do not have to be a doctor to use this equipment and there is no way to over-treat. It is very safe and you don't feel a think while being treated...you just feel better and it even takes your pain away during treatment. Of course, individual results may vary.

Thought you'd like to know! If you want more info, drop me a line!

Stacy,
It's good to hear from you. I am glad to hear that you're finding some relief from the pain. I've been trying acupuncture, but seems that things sometimes get worse before they get better.

Found Some Relief From Adhesion Pain

Dear Stacey,

Thank you for the good information. I am glad the treatments are helping.

I wonder if it is what I am having done at PT. The PT runs electrical current through certain parts of me around my pelvis... I thought she called it E-stim. She is also doing ultrasound on my scar. So far I haven't noticed a different but I have only been 3 times.

Keep us posted on your progress.
