its been 14 months since my hyst. I was feeling wonderful for many months...but now for the past 5 weeks i am struggling to get thru the day with fatigue ...dry mouth.....ear aches .....dizziness...headaches, and strange taste in my mouth...having more blood work done today for thyroid and cholesterol...if its not this i don't know where to turn next. is it true that once u have a hyst that many of us will have thryoid problems!! I also have gerd and a hiatal hernia since the hyst.

thanks for listening

Are you currently on any hormones?

I'm 1 year post op and I've suddenly started having these symptoms as well. I have 1 ovary and my cervix which seems to still be functioning but my gyno started me on Estradot last month to try to help the symptoms. For me it hasn't in fact my monthly mini period went from 1 day to 6 days and I'm having constant pain in my ovary. I have a long history of endo and I think the hormone may have triggered it. I have a call in to my gyno and hope to hear from him soon.

Please post how your results come back I would really like to know.

Good luck
