Good News

Hi all,
I posted a couple of weeks ago. I just had my first PAP since my TAH on 6/5/03 for uterine cancer. I was very nervous and scared of course. I want to thank you all for the kind words and prayers for me! I got my postcard in the mail yesterday with the "ALL CLEAR" What a relief! Although I received good news, I would like to ask for continued prayers for my DD who is battling Leukemia at the age of (almost) 7. She is doing ok. Not a lot of energy, but I know those of you who are going through Chemo understand that!. Thank you again and you are all such a wonderful source of support. My DD has her own web address for those that would like to keep up with her, as she is my priorty and I don't always have time to check on everyone!!! www.caringbridge.org/il/lindsay
hugs and thanks

s Carine

I am glad to hear you are doing well.
I visited Lindsay's web site. She is precious and looks so much like her Dad. I hope her tummy is feeling better soon.
Stay strong. You are both in my thoughts and prayers.

All Clear!

That was indeed good news! How hard to go through cancer and then have a child with leukemia on top of it! Here's hoping for a cure for her and a long and happy life for both of you.
