I should have thought about it before hand, but I didn( I haven't limited activitied in MONTHS)'t and now I am scared.

am I ok???

Dear Cheryl,
I am glad that you found an answer from your doctor.... that would be my guess too... that you might have pulled a muscle or hurt your back.

(((Cher))) Thanks for answering your post: at least, you know that you didn't damage any of your surgeon's work.

However, considering the pains you've been having, please do take it easy. And, should the pain continue or increase, do not hesitate to have it checked out.

Sending lots of healing s your way.
