Update....and question

Well I saw my gyn on Friday about the "thing" in my vagina. He said that he believes it is a cystocele, classified it as moderate ( I guess if it was hanging out the end of his penis it wouldn't be so moderate) He wants me to see a urologist to see if there is anything that can be done, I sure hope there is, it is getting quiet uncomfortable doing everyday things with this thing here.
I wanted to ask if anyone that has had a cystocele post hyst noticed any kind of discharge? I have a white, no oder discharge going on, I remember that I had something like this before with my rectocele, the doctor ruled out yeast and said he didn't know why it was there, I was just wondering if maybe it is my body's way of dealing with something in the vagina.
Well, that's all for now, I'll post when I know more.

Just wanted to lend my support. Sounds like you have kept your sense of humor. That's important.

You hang in there.

Update....and question

I am sorry you are having to deal with this problem.

I do not have any direct experience like yours.... but by MIL had a very large cystocele, rectocele, entercele, and vaginal vault prolapse last year. Along with this she had alot of vaginal irritation and kept thinking she had infections (she had multiple rounds of diflucan etc.).... finally she saw my doctor who told her that the infections were probably a side affect of the other problems... I don't know why exactly (sorry!) but once she had the surgery to fix the other things, the recurrent infections stopped. So maybe your guess is valid.....

I hope you feel better soon.
