Very concerned

I had a radical hysterectomy in 1995, but kept one ovary. I recently experienced slight spotting. Stupid I know, but terrified to go to the doctor. I have had some other symptoms not experienced before like bloating, cramping as if I were having a period. I had cervical cancer, severe endometriosis, and am a daughter of DES. Has anyone experienced this and been lucky enough to have this be nothing??

Any chance the spotting is due to vaginal dryness? You said it was slight, so there is that chance.

Please take a deep breath and call your GYN. You can do it.
