the patch conflict

OH my I have been without my patch for a few day and feel horrible...I couldn't figure out why I was so miserable when a week ago i felt wonderful..Now i just am miserable. Is it me or does this not having the patch cause depression and anger..Also, this might be a stupid question but can being off it cause you to spot..I started on friday and still spotting surgery was 11/7. everything was taken I am 43 and up until fri I felt the best, now i am on the other side of darkness and I want my life back...If you find the happy me please send me back...I really miss the happy me...Darn it...Why don't the docs tell you the pros and cons, why do they just tear you up and expect you to know what the outcome is going to be....

Spotting at two months post-op does not sound normal to me. I strongly urge you to call your doctor and discuss what is going on.

Regarding your patch question---why did you decide to go off of it? It's very likely that the way you are feeling is due to the lack of estrogen. In my experience, I react quite quickly (and negatively) i.e. body aches, mood, insomnia, hotflashes when I tried lowering my dose.

Please discuss with your doctor and let us know what he/she advises.
