breast concerns

Hello. This may seem like a very silly question but I have had two benign lumps removed from my right breast about a year and a half ago. The doctor told me that they found some abnormal cells in my ducts and that I needed to just make sure that I had my yearly check ups. I noticed yesterday that the back of my right arm...right below the shoulder is very sore. I don't feel anything but it is just very sore. I am probably just being paranoid but would this have anything to do with problems in your breast?
Thanks for listening and any response will be appreciated.

breast concerns

Lots of things could cause soreness in your arm. Your doctor is the best person to determine if there is any connection between your previous breast history and your current pain. My understanding is that if you were having a breast problem, you might find a lump in your breast, or you might find a lump in your armpit. Are you having your mammograms as recommended?

Anyway, things that could otherwise impact your shoulder could be if you slept on it funny, if you did some activity (painting, cleaning) that you don't typically do, if you lifted something incorrectly--all kinds of things. I wish I could tell you what was going on, but if you are concerned about the situation, give your doc a call.

Good luck! I hope everything turns out OK for you.
