Fantastic news

what a heartening post to read! I just put in a new thread as I suddenly (belatedly) remembered your date for op.

Am so thrilled to hear that the endo is ended and ovaries are happy and smiling!

How's the swelly belly? I was so surprised to get it, I've had laps and hyst before but never had such a pot as this last time, it's starting to sink a bit now! Just as well, I have to go back to work on Friday, although my doc said if it's too soon or I feel too tired he'll sign me off for a week or two or suggest reduced hours. Hopefully I will be fine. Thought at first I would return to work in my teenage daughter's clothes, not a pretty image at all!

Celebrate carefully!

Do repeat princesses need a new name and what should we be called d'you reckon? Empress, Duchess, Queen, or just pin cushion and patchwork!

Ready for some good news?

Thanks to all of you for the well wishes. I just knew it was good karma to have the surgery the day before my birthday. Yes, today I am 37.

Belly is not too swelly!!! Do have some slight bruising around the incisions and a terrible shave job And if that's all I can complain about, isn't that great?

Anyway, back to the sofa for some more relaxation time before the family gets home.
