So moody!

Hi --

I don't know if the primrose oil and black kohosh will help with the moodiness -- but I can tell you that it takes a few weeks of taking them before they really get into your system and you can tell if they're beneficial to you or not.

Sorry to hear about the moodiness...........if it continues, you might want to talk to your doc about possibly increasing the dosage of your effexor? Just a thought, but it might help you get thru the .

Good luck to you!

So moody!

i kept 1 ovary and i was having extreme moodiness. i have had my thyroid checked and hormones checked 4 times and my gyn(i love her) put me on climara did good for the other symptoms except i am on vivelle .05 for 3 days and i can tell a BIG difference. i feel calm.I know that estrogen is not supposed to calm you but progesterone is.It is the calming hormone. have you tried any of it. Effexor, paxcil, and zoloft only made me worse. good luck
