Pills to patch and back to pills!

Hi Everyone,

Well my journey continues on this hormonal road.

I was started on Estrace 1 mg then was upped to 2 mg a day.

I wasn't quite feeling myself with this and the vaginal dryness was quite bad, so I decided to try a patch.

Well my male family doctor gave me a combipatch(Estralis her in Canada). Well this has Progestin(synthetic and Estriadol).
I shold have looked more closely at the dosage before I left his office. It is 140/50 with 50 being only .05 release of estrogen daily.
It worked for about 2 days and wore off and a bad headache arrived. I changed the thing early but still can't get rid of this headache. So tonight I took it off.
I just took my 2 mg of Estrace again until I can see him.

My next choice is Estradot .1 as I have read on here that is appox the same as 2mg of Estrace.
I like the patch idea alot if I can get the right combo.

Now my question is. What type of Progesterone should I use?
I know I need it, I have all of the symptoms of low Progesterone.
I want it to be natural and we can't buy over the counter cream here in Canada.

Any thoughts as to what I should do next?
I am screaming to be heard by my doctor right now.
