Bleeding with exercise

Hello ladies

Ever since my surgery ( Sept. 2002) I have less energy and I'm in terrible shape cardio wise.

I thought that I would try going to the gym and work on getting into shape. I slowly walked on the treadmill and then did some light exercises with my DH. I started having pain in around my remaining ovary and when I got home I was bleeding.

I told my doctor and he advised me to wait another 3 months to do any exercise. This recovery is taking soooo long!

Has anyone else had this problem?

Bleeding with exercise

Dear T-L...

I have not had trouble with bleeding.... but did want to give you a and hope things improve with time.

Does the doctor know why you are bleeding? I mean has he/she checked you to make sure that it is nothing requiring action? Hopefully so...and it is just a matter of time. I do not believe it is normal to be bleeding but I don't know your history up until this point so perhaps the doctors has an idea of what is going on...
