Hi (((((Brenda))))), welcome home sweetie I'm glad you made it through and are home resting now. Do you have a donut pillow to sit on? When I had my A&P repairs I sat on a donut pillow for six weeks and sometimes even after that, it really helped a lot. I even used it riding in the car.

Are you drinking lots of fluids, taking lots of short walks and using stool softeners after meals? That can help that first BM go a little easier. Keep an eye on that temp and make sure to call the DR if it goes up to 100.5 OK?

I hope you're soon feeling much better!
Gentle s,
