Feeling alittle stressed!

I am new, reading all the posts and finding comfort. I love the HysterSisters book, have found many helpful things. I know I am alittle overboard in getting ready for surgery (2 weeks away), trying to make sure my house is in order, my work is in order (supervisor of a very busy hospital based academic office). I can hardly sleep without my mind racing what needs to be done, what have I forgotten, etc.. Just looking for helpful hints..

Feeling alittle stressed!

Slow down and take a breath. I was all concerned with getting everything down before surgery, but it didn't happen. I got a cold, so had to refocus and get well so surgery won't get cancelled. Things didn't get done and now I'm home from surgery. Surprisely it's not bothering me as much as it has in the past. Ok the dust bunnies are kind of a nuisance to look at, so at least I'm getting better at ignoring them. There's food to eat, clean clothes and everyone knows their schedule.
