Hi Noddy,

Welcome to Hyster Sisters!!

While I'm sorry that you are facing surgery, I am glad that you found HS and posted to introduce yourself. It's 7 AM my time, so I think that would be about noon for you? If you've been visiting the various forums and reading the information, you might already have seen the Pre-Op Hints and the Post-Op Hints. But if not, be sure to read them - they are full of great advice that will help you to prepare for your surgery and recovery.

It's pretty normal to be nervous about any kind of surgery, but I hope that you will feel better by knowing that you are not alone.

I hope you'll continue to read and to post any questions that you may have - we'll do our best to help.
