coping methods for fear
I too was thinking I had little to offer since I wasn't challenged like this--but then I realized reading margaret/ellen's post that that was one of the things I did. I helped others. Somehow being able to do something for others made me feel strong.
But I do think you have to let the emotions flow out some too. I also journaled every morning (three pages long hand written just as fast as I could). It's a brain dump, and it's really great to have that stuff on your brain you can't talk about easily with others get expressed. A friend or counsellor is great, but the journalling really helped too.
