you are talking to the Queen of Nerves. Sometimes I have to let it all out. I have a therapist I talk to. The "strong positive" me disappears. Sometimes I keeo my sanity with my good luck hippo who comes to appointments with me. Acknowledge your fears with those who can listen. My deepest way is to recall a very special time to me that has blossomed into a project. This is sidelined temporarily until my arm heals. Sometimes when it's too mich I remember a saying: let gp and let the angels. What I can't handle, I unload. And sometimes I go on retail therapy with the resilts going to the Salvation Army food pantry or homeless shelter. For me. that's a high.

I too was thinking I had little to offer since I wasn't challenged like this--but then I realized reading margaret/ellen's post that that was one of the things I did. I helped others. Somehow being able to do something for others made me feel strong.

But I do think you have to let the emotions flow out some too. I also journaled every morning (three pages long hand written just as fast as I could). It's a brain dump, and it's really great to have that stuff on your brain you can't talk about easily with others get expressed. A friend or counsellor is great, but the journalling really helped too.
