Books to read

My doctor and I are starting to discuss my getting a hysterectomy.
I have so many questions and I was wondering if there are any really good books that could help me. Any ideas?
Thanks , Fred

Try audiobooks - they are easy and fun and entertaining and require no effort or skill. They've been very helpful to me during this recovery process. I just got through with "Satchmo!" about the life of Louis Armstrong.

A great outlet these books and tapes are!

Best of luck to you Fred.

Hi Fred
Welcome to the best sight you could have landed in! You will get a great wealth of info here along with humour and poignancy. The hyster sister's book looks great, I am waiting to get it in the mail and will let you know how it is. I told myself I had to wait until I got my date (Somehow hoping I was dreaming the whole thing...yeah right, dreaming it for the last ten years!) which will be 3/16, and then I ordered it last week. Now I wish I could have already had it to get me through the last few days. Any question you could imagine, will come up here, or has come up and you can find it doing a search. We are truly blessed women who have found this sight!
