whats going on again

Here I am 7 months after tvh and 8 weeks after tvt and bladder recon, thought i was doing great. I have had period type pains since my tvh, kept my ovaries, but put that down to recovery etc. Now I have constant lower back pain and chronic pelvic pain around my ovaries, couldn't sleep properly last night. I also have hell hormones again but real bad this time, the usual hot flushes and mood swings, my whole body feels irritable. Fed up of taking pain meds. I feel like two major surgeries in 7 months has caught up with me but I shouldn't be feeling like this should I ?
I was really ill before and after my tvh last June and then had a major problem with dural puncture after my 2nd surgery 8 weeks ago so had these nasty headaches which still plague me each day but not as bad.
Dont want to go back to my gyn again he'll think I'm stupid and a typical moaning woman as he puts it! The surgery he did on my bladder appears to be settling down well but its the discomfort inside that bothers me. Intuition tells me alls not quite right but maybe I should hang in there and do a bit more recovery stuff, any advice would help please.

I am sorry you are feeling so badly.

I did want to let you know that I suffered from a spinal headache after spinal anesthesia for my TAH. It was awful. I felt so horrendously sick from it. However, a week later I was given an epidural blood patch and it fixed the problem immediately. My GYN didn't really have a clue what was going on... I actually had to work with the anesthesiologist who did the spinal to get it fixed. If you are continuing to suffer from a spinal headache please call the anesthesiologist and discuss this possibility. My headache and nausea went away instantly!!! (I did have a sore head for several days where it would throb if I moved it too fast but the headache was gone and I could get up and move around at last!!)

I am sorry I am not much help with your other problems.... did you have endo?
