I know we've got a couple of threads on fatigue...

But I need some advice.

I need to grocery shop. We're not in a food crisis, but it would great to get a couple of things. Oh! And I need to go to Walmart. Could do both things if I could get there.

I need to cook just a couple of things like a batch of stew and a batch of chili to put in the freezer. Not ten day's worth of food, just a couple of things.

I need to do a couple of specialized things around the house like install my elevated commode seat and assemble the bathtub seat I bought.

I need to go over the bills I know I have that are ready to be paid.

I need to arrange time for my girls to have sleepovers with their friends since I decided not to have any while I'm recuperating. It occured to me that one friend or another of their's has been around nearly every weekend since school started.

And I need to finish the antibiotic eardrops correctly. That is very important.

Except for Wednesday, I worked all week. But that was the most I could scape up energy for. I have a couple of other health things that would make anyone tired: asthma, thyroid disease, MVP syndrome. Add DUB and an impending VISIT FROM MY MOTHER.

The car that is my life has stopped moving foward, although the engine is still running.

Ideas? My teenagers are wonderful, and they do whatever I ask of them, but this is my surgery. They will have enough to do keeping all of their things going while my mother is here. She'll be here for at least a few days after surgery, but she's already asking how long I expect it to be. It will be a challenge for her, because she's no spring chicken (come to think of it, neither am I). Mom, thank you for helping me with my girls.

This is my final list. I've trimmed off everything that I don't really have to do.
