endometrial granulation/cauterization

Wasn't sure where to post this. I'd posted a couple earlier messages, but found out some new info about my granulation that prompted me to start a new topic.

7 years post-op. Had total vaginal hysterectomy. Lost cervix. kept ovaries. The PAP before surgery showed pre-cancerous and also endometriosis.

Have been on unopposed estrodial.

About 8 weeks ago started spotting. have been to the gyn 3 times for 3 cauterizations. The biopsy of the granulation showed endometriosis tissue in with the granulation tissues. There is still spotting.

The gyn thinks some endometriosis may have broken through from the fallopian tube, or there was some in with the original wound tissue.

My question is that if I keep on using estrogen(tablet form), will the granulation keep growing back? I also use a tiny, tiny bit on the outer urethra area, not in the vagina at all.

A second question: any good books, etc. on natural methods of healing endo?
