*Help*Stomach thickening??ct scan

Had a ct scan yesterday. Dr.thought I had kidney stones.Results today.Said Kidney,spleen and liver look fine.Then he frowned and said,But there is some thickening of your stomach.I asked if that was because I'm fat. He laughed and said no.I asked what that meant and he kept changing the subject. Said can you believe this is the last day of March and so on. Then said he was going to fax a copy to my kidney,family and gastroligest.If any one has any ideal what this could be please let me know. My kidney appt.is not until May 5,also have been taking antibotics since oct.and today he said to quit taking them I havent had uti since feb.but still hurts and feels like one. Thanks for listening.Judy

(((Judy))) sorry to hear about this strange new development. What antibiotics have you been on all these months? Some drugs do have a side effect of irritating the stomach lining, I wonder if that's what your DR is thinking might be the problem?

I hope your gastro will have some ideas and suggestions for finding out what the thickening is. Let us know what you hear, OK?
