degenerated polyp & fibroids
Has been cramping and heavy bleeding since july 03. EVERYDAY . diagnosed with degenerated cervical polyp. and multiple fibroid, enlarged uterus 13 cm . the dr office she can actually see it visually on exam. had ultrasound & they confirmed it. on same day had d&c & hysteroscopy but dr could not find it at all. she said when she went inside it was like swimming in the Red Sea. Still cramping every day, take ibuprofen which takes pain away. has the poyp been passed without me noticing? why stil the pain? is it the fibroids causing cramps? dr recommends uterine embolization ? I am considering hysterectomy 49 years old. has anyone experience this?
