I had the same cancer as you - and I asked what the symptoms
about 2 weeks after my surgery - I wrote them down.

Pain in your abdomen that does non stop.
Pain in your lower back that does non stop.

Pain on your butt that runs down your leg - again non stop pain.

Shortness of breath (lungs) - very rare but it could travel.

Bowel Blockages or blood in urine.

Swelling in abdomen ( or leg) this could also be lymphedema
not cancer.

Discharge or blood in the discharge ( this could be from scar tissue if you had radiation)

That is the long and short of it - Sorry to be so graphic.

Katie,
Thank you!! Very helpful. I saw my gyn/onc today, and I'm good to go for another 3 months! He said my vagina was lengthy and spacious! Bet you never got such a compliment!

I am having spotting after sex and sometimes after I insert the Premarin. Doctor said that was 'perfectly normal' at this time, 9 months after radiation. He said the scar tissue is forming and it's fragile so it bleeds easily. "Nothing at all to worry about". Whew!

Hugs,
Janie

Good to know you are on the mends.

A friend of mine also with endo cervical adeno, she too is experiencing some spotting and her doctor told her the same.

Best wishes

Katie,
Thanks for the reassurance. Even though the doctor JUST told me that it was normal, I can't help but get a little freaked everytime I see any spotting. It helps to have someone else say it's ok.
Hugs,
Janie
