Septation

Hello,
I had my hsterectomy back in November 0f 2002. I had everything removed other than left ovary and fallopian tube......I am now having problems with cyst on left ovary. I just had my second ultra sound and was told I have septation. If anyone has had this or knows about "Septation" I would appreciate any information on this..ie....what treatment, is surgery inevitable, so on and so forth! Thanks in advance!!!

Septation

Hi "septation" just means that the cyst has a divided appearance, like it has separate compartments. DRs take the appearance of the cyst into account when trying to decide what to do about them.

I hope this helps!
