Anterior repair

I am 15 weeks today from TVH and A & P repairs. How are you feeling? You didn't say when your surgery was. I hope you're doing well. I am feeling ALMOST back to normal. I was VERY tired up until about 10 weeks, but I'm gradually noticing that I can do more without being totally wiped out. People told me how much it would drain me, but I had no idea! If I didn't see so many posts about that, I would feel like a real wimp!

I had quite a bit of pain initially and had a cath for a week, then some troublesome granulation that wanted to hang around for a long time and had to be treated with silver nitrate. I still have an area about the size of a quarter that's not wanting to heal even yet, but I go back to my gyn. the 28th to see if it's better. I am absolutely LOVING having no periods and all the garbage that went along with that. I still have my ovaries and haven't had any real problems to speak of. I do find myself coming less often to this board, simply because I'm getting so much busier now that I feel better. I like to check in every so often to see how everyone's doing.

Hope all goes well with you!
