Question what next?

Hi

I had a VTH kept the ovaries around 3 years ago. Due to CIN 3. I was told that if I had waited one more month I would have had cancer. My first pap a year after showed A Symtical cells. Last year I had my first normal one. Now I just had one done 2 weeks ago. The nurse called tonight. My pap showed mild dypessia sp?. I have to go back in for a coloscopy. What would they do to treat this? Would it mean radiation? Would they take the ovaries? I'm getting so confused again.

thanks for any help

Question what next?

Dear Linda,
I'm sorry I don't know what the next step in treatment might be. I hope someone else here will have some idea; if not, can you give the doctor's office a quick call to ask?

I just want to send you a

Question what next?

Dear Linda,

I would assume treatment would be based on what the colposcopy results were. Try to stay calm. I think giving the doctors office a call is the appropriate thing to do. Good luck.

Question what next?

Linda,

I don't know what the next step would be, but a call to the office is certainly a good idea. Hopefully it would set your mind at ease.

Take care, and let us know how things progress.

Blessings.

Question what next?

I did call today. They were suppose to call me to set up a colopyscopy sp?
Their computers were down so they couldn't set up any appointments know I have to wait until Monday.
I did talk to a nurse she said she doesn't know until the biopsy comes back. It depends on the person and what the doctor wants to do. I asked her then that means I'm still in limbo then right? She said yes.
If anyone has had a return of these cells after a hysterectomy please let me know your experiences. I hate this waiting and not knowing what the future is bringing me!
