Pelvic Pain Back after 1 yr!!!

I am very discouraged, I had a TAH Jan 2003, due to fibroids and enlarged uterus, not to mention pelvic pain for years. Everything has been good , up until this past weekend, oh I have noticed twinges of pain now and then, but nothing that lasted. Well it started in my lower right back like I had pulled something, this was Sat. evening and most of Sun. then Sunday evening as I going to bed, I had the sharpest pain in my right side. It really scared me I thought of my appendictis. The pain eased and I started taking advil. Monday my right side was still touchy, I am still numb across most of my stomach where the incision is. Now today I have a burning censation and pain every now and then. Who do I go to my gyno? I have no parts left in there. please tell me some of you have had this. I do not want anymore surgery! Please let me know , I thought of going to my massage therapist or my choirpractor. Advice needed.....

I can sympathize on the feeling of discouragement. Been there and now I am better.

I think in selecting who to go to, you will want to consider which of your doctors is the best at working through issues. For me, that's my gyn. For you, it might be an internist or a GP, or it might be your gyn. Also, who can get you in for an appointment the quickest?

Please let us know what your doctor says.

while you wait!
