Sorry if alittle gross!

I am now 16 days post op from TAH kept Ovaries. I'll get right to the point .. I still have a brown discharge and it doesn't have a real pleasant odor!!! Is that normal?? I would think that the discharge would be gone by now.. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Please call your DOC and let them know whats going on. If it smells fishy, it might be fishy, so check it out. Good luck!

You should always call your doctor as he knows you situation best, but I was told there may be some brown discharge, which I have not had.
I was told I could pass anything up to the size of a small egg without concern, but believe me if I passed anything close to that I would call the doctor.
You don't want to have something small turn into something big !
Take care

I wouldn't be too concerned about the discharge except for the fact that you said there's an odor to it. Sometimes odor can be a sign of infection. I think it would be worthwhile to have it checked.

Hope you feel better soon.
