More Funny, Funny Stories!!

Hi Sisters,
I have been laying here reading all the posts under "the funniest thing you've done since surgery". It was so nice to see the funny side in this whole mess. Having read those posts, all I could think of were some posts I read back when I first started on this site. If it doesn't hurt too much to laugh go to the post titled

I read those one day last week and laughed really hard. They were hysterical!!! I couldnt believe that so many people shared such an interest in farting..It is hilarious isnt it.. what we go through to fart after surgery..and how happy we are to do it too!!!!!!

At our house BM & fart topic's are saved for dinner conversation. It started out by accident but now it's a family joke. It was at dinner I released my fisrt post hyster fart and I swear my family laughed so hard they almost cryed!!!! My DS,9 at the time, said "mom's all better now!"

My other favorite was from another sister who said she farted so loud, she scared her cat!
I guess we are all really still kids at heart...who else would laugh at farts!!

Just a thought for you. When we're out in public we try to be on our best behaiver, but as we all know, nature calls. We have a code phase as a warning sign. If any of us say's " those darn barking spider are back" we know to clear the room.LOL. Scaring the cat must have took a hugh "barking spider"!!!!

I don't know where that silly phrase started, but my 23-year-old daughter will say "BARKING SPIDERS!!??" right after anyone passes gas.

My Father said it to me as a child, so I guess it's been around a long time!
